We are certified to conduct lead tests in homes and properties in the Philadelphia area, in compliance with the new Lead Paint Disclosure and Certification Law.

Licensed, Insured, and Bonded
Lead Testing Services, LLC is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well as Licensed Dust Wipe Technicians. In addition we carry a General Liability Policy of $1,000,000, General Aggregate Policy of $2,000,000 and Professional Policy of $1,000,000.
We will list your company on our insurance policy with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as needed as well as providing any tax certifications (w-9), EIN, etc., as necessary.
