The City of Philadelphia just announced another rental assistance program that you may want to consider forwarding to your tenants.

The City of Philadelphia just received funding for another opportunity to obtain rental assistance. We would highly recommend that you apply (if you qualify) as these resources will go fast! Applications are available at the link below but it is a 1st come, first served basis and the program will be available only for a few days (do it now!)
