Question: Since the deadline for lead certification has passed, what do I do if I have properties that have not been lead tested?

 

Answer: To avoid any fines, other than a fine for a late rental license (which is only 1.5% of the $65 late fee), submit your request (link below) for a lead test so we can assist you in becoming compliant with the lead law.
