Question: Is there any additional information required for “New” Rental License applications?

 

Answer: Yes, landlords are now required to submit a "Supplemental Information" form for any "New Rental License" (not for renewals) and submitted through Eclipse in order to obtain a "new" rental license for a property in Philadelphia
