Lead Testing Services is offering a new service to file these certificates and reports on your behalf with the Public Health Department.
The service will include the following:
Setting up your username and password
Creating unit set up for each property address
Inputting the lab result readings for each leased unit
Uploading the lead results & certificate for each leased unit
Finalizing and authorizing the lead submission
The cost for this service is as follows:
Set-Up fee per Property Address: $100
Input fee per leasing unit: $20 per unit
A minimum of 20 units is required for this service.
