The City of Philadelphia is extending tax deadlines for property owners and businesses as the coronavirus continues to spread. The real estate tax deadline, for both residential and commercial property owners, has been extended from March 31 to April 30.
If you need lead safe certifications (for vacant properties ready to rent), please contact us. The certificates are valid for 30 days prior renting.
In the meantime, please continue to maintain social distancing and wash your hands regularly.
