Current Rental Listings & Lead Certificate Requirements

Dear Real Estate Rental Listing Agents-

 Spring is nearly here and with the change of the seasons, the next phase (Phase 2) of the lead law implementation will be upon your landlord clients beginning April 1st, 2021.

 The next phase of the lead certificates that are required to be filed with the City of Philadelphia Public Health Department is as follows:

19102             19104             19119             19120             19122             19124            

19126             19127             19134             19137             19142

As you begin to list, rent or renew the residential rental properties on behalf of your landlord clients, you are required to have a lead certificate filed with the Public Health Department as well as providing the lead certificate to the tenant as part of the leasing documents.
