Question: Is there another Rental Assistance Program with the new stimulus bill?

Answer: Yes, the Landlord Pre-registration for Phase 4 Rental Assistance is now open (for landlords only)

PHLRentAssist Phase 4 is now allowing landlords with tenants who have been affected by COVID-19 to pre-register for rental assistance. THE PROGRAM IS NOT OPEN FOR TENANTS AT THIS TIME but pre-registering speeds up the process when tenants apply.

 To pre-register, landlords should visit https://rent-assist.phila.gov/#/. To be notified when Phase 4 will open for tenants, fill out this form and check "Rental Assistance." For any questions on the PHLRentAssist, visit the website.
