Question: Have any Phase 4 Rental Assistance payments been made to landlords?
Answer:
Yes, finally! We have learned that some landlords have just received rental assistance payments.
We recommend that you check the rental assistance portal to see if any of your tenant’s applications (and payments) have been processed via the link below.
You will need your tenants' application # which starts with “RRP” and looks like: "RRP-bb8pyha7" to access the tenant information section.
