This week we are featuring a common question: 

Question: How long does the Public Health Department take to approve online submissions of the lead certifications in order to receive your rental license?

 

Answer:  The Public Health Department takes approximately 7 days to approve online submissions of the lead certifications and then notifies Eclipse (L&I) to allow you to renew your rental license
