Lead Law Update: If I have my property tested before the testing requirement date, (for example, Phase 3 begins in October 2021), would testing completed in advance be valid and accepted?

Question: If I have my property tested before the testing requirement date, (for example, Phase 3 begins in October 2021), would testing completed in advance be valid and accepted? 

 

Answer:   Yes, if you complete the test in advance of the required filing date, the certificate is valid and accepted by the Public Health Department.
