Dear Lead Testing Services Customers-

This week we are featuring a common question:

QuestionWhat do I need to lead test if I own a multi-unit building?

Answer:
If the landlord is renting multiple units as part of one rental license, he or she must obtain a lead certificate for each rental unit.  As an example, a triplex requires 3 separate lead tests (and lead certifications) submitted to the public health department

And just a reminder, only 7 days left to submit your lead certifications prior to the September 30th deadline.
