Question: What is the law regarding “Partners For Good Housing” Brochure

 

Answer: Landlords/Property managers are now required to provide each new tenant with the Partners for Good Housing brochure.  Additionally, many landlords are also requiring their tenants to sign the brochure to ensure proof that it was received.
