Many of us have lost (or can’t find) our social security benefit statement (that is mailed every year by the US Government) or have lost their social security card. 

These documents are required for many government services and also provide you with the money you may be entitled to receive when you are eligible for social security benefits or other financial assistance. If you need to get a replacement Social Security Card or Social Security Benefit Statement (or never had one), use the link below:
