Question:  When did the City of Philadelphia start requiring a lead license for Airbnb Properties?



Answer:  The new Philly Airbnb licensing law, which passed in June 2021, requires Airbnb/Vrbo/etc. operators to obtain a “Limited Lodging Operator License” from the Department of Licenses & Inspections (L&I).
