Dear Tenants,

If you didn’t get the full amount of the Economic Impact Payment (Stimulus) – $1,200 for individuals or $2,400 if married filing jointly, plus $500 for each qualifying child – you may be eligible for a Recovery Rebate Credit when you file your 2020 Form 1040 or 1040SR. Please contact your tax preparer or use the IRS Free Filing program to get your $$!
